I’ve really been getting back into eating a lot more raw foods – I tend to crave them now. I still love a nice hot soup, or bowl of oatmeal, but there’s something comforting about a huge salad or a raw wrap.

Raw carob halvah balls from Raw Energy. I borrowed this book from the library and am going to get myself a copy! I love all the raw snack ideas it has.
Raw chia pudding! (Recipe below)
Homemade raw kombucha! I love this.
Chocolate Chia Pudding
- 1 T. chia seeds
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 t. vanilla extract
- 1 T. cacao powder, carob powder, chocolate protein powder, or Vega chocolate Shake & Go Smoothie mix
- 1 T. cacao nibs
Combine the water, chia seeds, and vanilla extract in a small bowl or jar and set in the refrigerator overnight. When ready to eat stir in the cacao powder and nibs and feast!
