Happy Wednesday! Hope everyone is having a great week!
This week has been pretty dull in the meal department since I’ll be in Seattle this weekend – that means I haven’t grocery shopped and have been eating up what’s in the fridge and pantry (trying to clean out my pantry a little too).
With all the weight lifting I’ve been doing my appetite has been a little crazy.
Tuna-avocado sandwich on Udi’s GF bread with kale chips and butternut squash puree.
Avocado is a healthy fat to add into tuna or salmon for some richness in place of mayo.
I’ve been eating a bunch of stir-fries lately trying to get more vegetables in.
Red onion, garlic, green beans, cabbage, limas, brussel sprouts.
What are your favorite foods to take when traveling?




Stir Fry’s are great! I usually pack food that’s easy to eat while moving and portable (obviously). Homemade granola bars, Almond butter sandwiches, trail mixes, chopped vegi’s, and fruit always make a long trip with me.
I am OBSESSED with avocado. How can something taste that good? Mmmm!

Pharmacy conference but there’s very little I’m required to go to.
So I’ll be sightseeing and stuff. Shopping at lululemon

Is the conference at the convention center?
Yes! In the downtown area near Westlake (?) mall. If I got the name correct.
Yeah, Westlake Mall is a few blocks north and my office building is near the convention center.

Just Saturday and Sunday. Are you free? I was thinking about doing the pilates class at lululemon Saturday morning. Also do you know any good gluten free places?
